We met at the park yesterday afternoon for Kaneil and Andrew’s engagement session. The weather was beautiful and our “just before sunset” session allowed to use the sun for some gorgeous golden light. Kaneil and Andrew couldn’t have been better subjects- they were so friendly and up for anything. I know they will be wonderful to work in just a few short months when it is time to photograph their beautiful wedding!
I have had several requests to photograph weddings over the past few years, and I have always declined on the basis that I was “not a wedding photographer.” Recently, I have started to regret turning down all of these opportunities. I AM a photographer and I would love to photograph your wedding! I have several years of professional photography experience, plenty of equipment and backup equipment should I need it, and even a willing assistant to second shoot with me. I simply need a couple willing to let me blow them away with my first wedding as a photographer 
The very first couple that books with me will have the pleasure of having two wedding photographers, a magazine style proofing album with all wedding proofs, an online slideshow for sharing, an online gallery for ordering purposes, and all prints at a 50% discount. The total cost for ONE couple (the first one that books!) is only $500! I will offer the same package to the second and third couple for $1,000 and then I will raise the prices to be more competitive with other local wedding photographers. These packages do allow me to the opportunity to use images from your wedding in my portfolio and weddings must take place in the Middle Tennessee area.
